Return Window
✓ You can return your STRYD fitness band within 7 days of delivery
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your STRYD fitness band, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
The return window starts from the day you receive the product, not from the order date.
Eligible for Return
You can return the product if:
- ✓Defective Product: The product is damaged or defective
- ✓Wrong Item: You received a different product than ordered
- ✓Missing Accessories: Product arrived without essential accessories
- ✓Not as Described: Product doesn't match the description
- ✓Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind (within 7 days)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet these conditions:
- •Product must be unused and in original condition
- •All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- •All accessories and documentation must be included
- •Product should not show signs of wear or damage
- •Original invoice must be provided
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- ✗Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- ✗Products with tampered or broken seals
- ✗Products without original packaging or tags
- ✗Products returned after 7 days from delivery
- ✗Products purchased during clearance sales (if specified)
How to Return
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
Contact Us
Email us at returns@strydband.com or call +91 85303-07684 with your order number and reason for return.
Get Approval
Our team will review your request and approve it within 24 hours. You'll receive a return authorization email with instructions.
Pack the Product
Securely pack the product with all accessories, documentation, and the original invoice. Use the original packaging if possible.
Schedule Pickup
We'll arrange a free pickup from your address. Our courier partner will collect the package within 2-3 business days.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Process
After we receive your returned product:
- 1.Inspection: We'll inspect the product within 2-3 business days
- 2.Approval: If approved, refund will be initiated immediately
- 3.Processing: Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- 4.Timeline: Funds will reflect in 7-10 business days depending on your bank
💳 Refunds are processed to the original payment method. If you paid via UPI/card, the amount will be credited to the same account.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer refunds only, not exchanges. If you want a different product:
- 1.Return the current product following the return process
- 2.Wait for the refund to be processed
- 3.Place a new order for the desired product
Warranty Information
All STRYD fitness bands come with a manufacturer's warranty:
- ✓Duration: 1 year from date of purchase
- ✓Coverage: Manufacturing defects and malfunctions
- ✓Exclusions: Physical damage, water damage, or misuse

Received a Damaged Product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- !Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- !Provide photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
- !We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
- !No return shipping required for damaged/defective products
